Refund policy

Non-customized orders are accepted for refund if returned in original packaging with any tags still attached and must be free of any stains, odors, markings and must not be worn. Non-customized orders must be returned within 10 days.   Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for paying shipping to return any item and shipping is not refundable. There are NO refunds on customized or personalized items.

Rhinestone items are considered custom items.
